Victoria Zhou - Chief Executive Officer
Victoria helped establish Future Skills in 2009 and has been the Office and Finance Manager ever since till 2016.
She is a Certified Practising Accountant and a long term member of CPA Australia. She also holds qualifications in business, E-commerce and accountancy.
Victoria brings a wealth experience in business administration and finance management and leads a high performing team. Victoria is an enthusiastic approachable leader and an active team player to reach organisational's strategic and operational goals.
Brad Davis - Business Manager
Brad is a qualified electrician with a background of working on commercial electrical projects in both Australia and Malaysia. He has an extensive amount of experience in the group training sector specifically with electrical and telecommunications apprentices and trainees. Brad also managed the portfolios of local and national clients throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Brad has a strong belief in creating a well-rounded apprentice and provide solid career pathways for the electrical industry.
Chris Lear - Project/Administration Officer
Chris has been employed with Future Skills in its international division, Future Skills International, as a Project/Administration Officer since 2012. He looks after the administration for Future Skills International, dealing with skills recognition for overseas persons wanting to work as an electrician in Australia. He also looks after the administration for Electrical Instrumentation courses.
Chris joined Future Skills on his return from 10 years living and working in the United Kingdom. Whilst overseas Chris worked in the construction industry and enjoyed playing rugby.
Anne Woods - Finance and Contract Project Compliance Officer
Anne has been employed with Future Skills Limited since 2012 as a Finance & Contract Project Compliance Officer.
She has a wealth of experience having worked in administration of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for over 25 years.
Anne looks after accounts, maintains training project compliance, and ASQA requirements to ensure RTO compliance.
Marlene Menzies - Administration Officer
Marlene is the Administration Officer who currently looks after Work Health and Safety courses and HV Switching. She deals with course inquiries, enrolment, subsidies, administration and printing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and trainers are well supported with all course needs.
Marlene joined Future Skills in 2012, having previously worked in administration for another Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for 9 years.
